1. Add an appropriate amount of water to the sterilization cabinet, do not exceed the specified water level, after adding water, wrap the instrument that needs sterilization with professional paper, and do not put the instrument in directly, in this way, the purpose of sterilization is not achieved, and for those who need to be filled with culture medium or bottles need to be inoculated, they should use multi-layer gauze to tie the mouth of the bottle, and then put it in professional paper for sterilization.


2. Cover the lid tightly and start heating. When heating, open the exhaust valve. A lot of air-conditioning inside needs to be discharged. If the temperature does not go up, pay attention to the temperature and pressure changes when heating, when the temperature reaches 70 degrees, the exhaust valve is turned off to continue to heat up. When it reaches 120 degrees, adjust the power switch, properly open the exhaust valve, and control the temperature to remain constant.


3. When the sterilization time reaches the sterilization cabinet, it starts to cool down. When cooling, you can directly turn off the power supply and open the exhaust valve slightly. If you want to accelerate the cooling, you can water it with water, but to unplug the power supply to avoid electric shock, this is to pay attention to, safety first.
